We are Haami.  We are a london based Nepalese band.  I guess you could describe our music as a mixture of post/math/alternative rock. We feel there is a huge potential for our music to grow and shape into something that has never been seen or heard. So currently we are in the exploring/discovering stage and it is yet to evolve.

From Protest To Resistance is a compilation to showcase the punk and hardcore scene in Nepal, India and Pakistan.16 bands displaying a wide range of style from face melting noise and grindcore to staightforward hardcore and punk rock.

BLAKHOLE - Demo

BLAKHOLE is a hardcore punk/powerviolence band from Calcutta, India who started few years ago influenced by bands like Doom, Discharge, Capitalist Casualties, Dropdead  etc. The band consists of two members, Protyush Paul on vocals and Dipanjan Dey on guitars. In 2013 their song "Human Cattle" appeared on Disenfranchised compilation released by CT Records.

Nightmayor - Self Titled EP

Interview with Rai Ko Ris [2013]

Rai Ko Ris are one of the earliest punk band from Nepal who started as a three piece, went through various line up change and later continued with the core members Sareena and Oliver. So far they have released three full lengths and have toured across Europe and Malaysia. In 2013 i got a chance to interview them for an open topic zine from singapore, you can read the interview below.
